Mr. Robert Siersema was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Abu Dhabi Terminals on 17th of January 2019. In this role, Mr. Siersema is responsible for leading and executing ADT's overall financial strategy, activities and performance as well as procurement activities. Mr. Siersema has held senior roles within the ports and logistics industry covering Europe, Africa, Middle East, Latin America and North America. Most recently he served as Director of Terminal Investments at Terminal Investment Limited where he was responsible for safety, financial and operational performance for a portfolio of deep sea container terminals as Board member and/or Chairman. Mr. Siersema has more than 14 years' experience in the ports and logistics industry and as a senior member of management teams internationally. Mr. Siersema graduated with honors as Executive Master of Business Administration from HULT International Business School in Dubai and his educational background also includes executive programs at Esade Business School.

Eisa Al Marzouqi was appointed Senior Director, Engineering at Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT) on 3rd of Feb 2020.

Prior assuming this role, he has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the Marine engineering, Technical management, Human Resources and container terminal operation & logistics. 

Before taking this role, he was the Senior Director of operation in Abu Dhabi terminals. Prior that, he held the Senior Director of Human Resources in Abu Dhabi Terminals and many other senior positions in Both ADT and the Abu Dhabi Seaport Authority that preceded ADT. 

Mr. Al Marzouqi is also a distinguished academic, having earned a master’s degree in business administration from Abu Dhabi University and a bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans, USA.

Fareis Al Menhali was appointed as CT Director in July 2020. 

Mr. Al Menhali has more than 17 years of experience. 

Before taking his current role, he was the Operations Execution Manager at ADT. He has also held other positions in different government entities. 

Mr. Fareis holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Higher Colleges of Technology.

Thomas Sorensen was appointed as Commercial Director in August 2022.

 Before taking this role, he was the Sales Director in Abu Dhabi terminals. Prior that, Thomas was working in APL.

Mr. Sorensen bring over 28 years of experience in the shipping industries. 

He was graduated from Maersk International Shipping Education. 

Abdullah Al Dhaheri was appointed as Automation Director in May 2018. 

Mr. Al Dhaheri has more than 26 years of experience. 

Before taking his current role, he was the IT Deputy Director of Abu Dhabi Terminals.

He has also held other positions in different government entities. 

Mr. Al Dhaheri holds a higher diploma degree in Maritime Management & Leadership 

North Kent College (NKC), Dartford United Kingdom, and Leadership Program 

from Middle East information technology. 

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – ISACA.

Ali Al Raeesi is Procurement & Material Control Director overseeing procurement activities, contracts, material control and warehouse operations of ADT since 2018. He has a Bachelor of Economics from UAE University in Business and Administration Collage. Mr. Al Raeesi has more than 17 years of experience in Procurement. Before his current role, he held different positions in Dubai Parks, Abu Dhabi Airports and DP World.
